About Philly Phan 4 Life

About Me? Well… I am a 19 year old
Philadelphia Phillies phan from the great town of Oreland PA.
I attended high school at the local high school, Springfield
Township High School (Montco, for those from this area). I am
currently attending Temple University, splitting time at both
campuses of Temple (Main and Ambler). I am a Secondary
Education Major (that’s high school) with a dual major in
Social Studies and either a double major or minor in American
History (Pre-Revolution Era to present). I have been a
lifelong Philadelphia Phillies phan, having witness in person
the greatness that is postseason (playoff) baseball. Sorry if
my spelling and grammar is atrocious. It seems that after 8th
grade the English teachers decided to teach more literature
than commas and semi-colons. Favorite Phillies: Chase Ultey,
Ryan “Mad Dog” Madson, Cole Hamels, Raul Ibanez, Matt Stairs,
Carlos Ruiz, J.A. Happ, Kyle Kendrick Favorite Non-Phillies:
Pat Burrell, Evan Longoria, Ryan Zimmerman, David Wright If
you don’t think of me as a true Phillies phan, think on these
questions: Who was the last 30 game winner for the Phillies?
When was the first time the Phillies made it to the World
Series? Who’d they play? What was the Series score? What
Phillies pitcher holds the franchise record for most career
complete games? Before Shibe/ Connie Mack Ballpark there
was…? Before Baker Bowl there was…?
